On April 10, 2016, I ordered the Elegant Crystal Bracelet from Clever Clad. I made the order, and paid for it over the Internet. I paid a total of $9.49 with my debit card.

The following day, I received a email message stating my order had been processed, and I would have my bracelet within 3 to 6 weeks. They had also given me an order number. I never received the item, and have not heard from Clever Clad at all.

A few days ago, I checked to see whatever happened to the bracelet. I went on Clever Clad's website to track down the order. I typed the order number they gave me twice, but the response was "Order Not Valid".
