Dear "Eric Gmail",
cloudHQ is absolutely free to save Gmails to Google Drive if your Google account is free. Yours is a business account.
We only offer free service synchronization and backup for end users who use an "@gmail.com" account, not a business account that runs on Gmail.
We hope that clears up any confusion.
