*UPDATE Employee: The tickets will arrive on time!
ordered tickets for taylor swift. policy says tickets MAY not be availible for IMMEDIATE delivery. once ordered I received an email stating I may not receive tickets for up to 6 months!
We all know six months is a far cry from "may not be availible for immediate delivery"
what if this company goes bankrupt or changes names?
they all ready resold my info to "tickets plus"
My money is being held illegally in my opionion.
I called for a refund within 24 hours, guess what? no.....
they have my money, I have nothing but their vauge, misleading bull

I can't speak for the exact time frame of the tickets being shipped, since each artist and broker has their own policies as far as how long before the event tickets are released and shipped, and that's something that we do not control.
However, I *can* say we've been in business since 2000, and have processed many thousands of orders. We were featured in Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately-owned US retailers 3 years in a row, and have been featured in many national magazines over the years. We're not a start-up or unknown company, so I don't think the worries about us going out of business or changing names will be an issue any time soon.
Our general policies states that we are not the actual seller of the tickets, but we are the intermediary between the seller and buyer, so your information has not been "sold" to anyone - in this case, TicketsPlus is the seller of the tickets you ordered.
That said, what you *do* get through buying from us is our guarantee that the tickets will get there in time for the event, and they'll be the tickets that you ordered (that guarantee is on our site as well). If for some reason that doesn't happen - which is extremely rare - then contact us, and we will take care of it with a full refund if necessary.
I can understand being nervous about receiving your tickets on time, but from your post, it seems like everything is proceeding normally. You made the purchase, received your confirmation, and you have a guarantee from us that they'll be delivered on time - so unless anything actually *does* go wrong, which it seems nothing actually has, I think the "ripoff" report may be a bit premature.
