Coco Key Resort Bed bugs Waterbury Connecticut

 I was awake all night with itchy legs. Thought it might have been from standing in filthy pool water watching my daughter swim. When we arrived home, I noticed red marks and rash on lower legs. I googled bed bugs and this appears to be the case. I then googled bed bugs and coco keys and it seems to have been reported recently by others. The entire place was filthy. The pool water so dirty you can't see the bottom. The hot tub water was tea colored. The room was filthy and not the type I reserved over the phone. The tv did not work. There were drunks fighting in the hallway on the second floor at 1030 p.m. and after midnight. The prices for the dinner buffet were posted on the blackboard but we were charged much more. The waiter told me it was an old sign. The phone calls I put in to the desk about the tv and the fighting , they said someone would come up but nobody ever came. It was nerve wracking, disgusting and unsanitary. I'm a single woman, traveling with 2 small girls and I felt very unsafe.
