Purchased the worthless information from this company. They bombarded my email with worthless trash and their information is nothing more than reselling their public domain nonsense. Dont waste your money. They bait with free trial come-ons then dont let you cancel......

They have sent me over two hundred emails in one month and it took me almost thirty minutes to get their system to even take a complaint about it.

Dont get caught in their trash.

#5 Consumer Suggestion

Paypal

AUTHOR: KG - (New Zealand)

POSTED: Friday, February 19, 2010

Stating that you use Paypal so refunds are easy is all good.

However, not everyone knows this.

Suggest you make this fact very clear when offering the money back guarantee.

My experience was that only after repeated probing was I able to reveal this fact, and then it was from an unrelated outsider!!

We process payments using paypal.com so everybody can cancel from within paypal account

Hi

I am employee of Cody Moya

Customers claims that he could not cancel subscription but we process all subscription through paypal.com so everybody can cancel subscription from withing paypal.com account. There is no way how any company can stop a person from canceling paypal.com subscription.

We offer 1 month free trial to evaluate product so customer have 100% access to our membership before making decision to stay. Customer can cancel anytime from within paypal.com account. After customer stay after free trial she/he get billed of course.

Customer accepts terms that if he/she stays after free trial monthly payment are non refundable.

We give 1 full month free to evaluate product so we could not be more fair than that.

I am not sure which product customer refers to because we sell over 270 information products so I can't comment about this specific product but cancellation procedure from within paypal.com account is easy and 1 month free trial gives customers time to make decision.

Looks like this specific customer forget to cancel after free trial, get billed according to terms and is unhappy that he can not get refund from service used.

Free trials are common business practice across almost all industries including banks, move rentals etc.

Imagine having free trial from NetFlix movie rentals. When you stay after free trail you get billed non refundable service charge for the service no matter if you like the movie you rented or not because you agreed to terms and you got the service.

As to emails, we send emails with relevant information and/or products every day for 50 days to everybody who opted to receive such emails. Each email have unsubscribe link so customer can unsubscribe any time. Comment about emails is irrelevant to purchase.

Regards
Andrew
