cohens Eye went in store to order contact lenses and change lenses on glasses, nick the salesman said i couldn't get neither so i had to buy 2 pairs of glasses against my etter judgement left 50.00 deposit and l brooklyn, New York

then he went on and on how he works on commission and wouldn't refund my money but the order was never placed than on. I told him i thought the manager didn't come in until monday he said i got a hold of him and that they woulld give me 2 pairs for 99.00 and that is exactly what i was paying anyway. so he wasn't giving me anything. then on monday i called the store and asked for the manahger and explained the story and he wouldn't budge but said that the salesman do not work on commission. than he said he would not bill my insure company. which they already did.vbottom line would nor give me my 50.00 deposite back. i called the better businees bureau to make a complain. i also check out cohens on google and apparently they all have bad reviews so BEWARE there is no where on your reciet that says you cannot get your money back.. and my lenses are nothing different. i found out from one of there eye doctors that work there that the lenses are already in stock unless they are something extremely different but they do the work right on the premises....so beware.PEOPLE  are despertate today........i guess..........
