Horrid, horrid customer service. If you purchase a product from Comfort Gurus that is defective you have to return it to them at your cost, plus wait until they return the product to their supplier. I waited over 60 for a refund - finally submitting a claim to my credit card. That was the only thing that got their attention.

Give these guys a pass. Cheap prices, but you get what you pay for !
