Based on our experience Commercial Capital Group, David Shattuck, Mike Hack and Chris Mertens are just a big fraud. The story goes like this. They demand upfront fees to get going. They make a site visit and promise to go forward. Due diligence and closing costs are advanced and then they disappear, or make some ridiculous excuse for not moving ahead and keep the fees. We are aware of several victims with a similar sad story.

Please save yourself the trouble. Life is too short to deal with such bad people.
