YUP! I got one of those letters that says they have over $3,276,450.00 "guaranteed cash payments" by an "independent" third party. It's official looking until you read further and find out you have to pay them $20.00 "transfer fee" within 10 days.

If they need $20.00, deduct it out of the $3,276,450.00 and send me the difference in a Cashier's Check. I don't have a problem with that. I hope this isn't part of the stimulus package.
