After completing a so called concealed weapons permit video, completing a test, and paying for a downloadable certificate. I could not download the certificate and discovered this certificate is not recognized in my state. the fact that it is not accepted in my state was not revealed prior to video and payment. This IS a Consumer predatory company and deceptive RIP-OFF, SCAM, SCHEME
