I was sent this letter claiming that I had won a lottery and sent a check with it for the amount of 3950.00 stating that it was for taxes on the winning amount of 48,000.00. I went to see if the check was for real and found out that it was not. Luckily, I was not able to get it cashed fo I do not know what type of scam it is.
