I purchase in store a set of pots and pan my bill was almost $400 the vendor told me to send in a rebate for a set of free knives I did and few weeks later I got only 1 knife i suppost recieved a big set where are the rest of the knives? I call the group company and a men with atrashy tone of phone said this was it I told him no it is not it you need to send me the rest of the knives
so do not buy anymore from EMERIL COOKWARE , DO NOT DO IT
Emeril company dosent give a dem they got your money.

I just love your little report on here because I can almost guarantee something of what you have stated is incorrect.
If you were due a whole set of knives and we only sent you one why would you not ask for a supervisor after apparently speaking with someone who has "a trashy tone"?
If you are still owed the set, I ask that you call us back and if the representative is of no help then ask for a supervisor to have the situation handled.
