I bought these black leather Converse high tops in good faith. when they arrived they were not as decribed or shown in picture.

They were supposed to be Black with Cream trimmings and cream stripe at back of heel. Instead they were Black and cream coloured and the stripe at back was snow white making the shoes look very strange indeed.

 

I have contacted the company many, many times but they will not respond to my emails. Their policy says they will exchange or refund and even though I have asked for either they will not answer any of my emails!!!
