I sent this breeder a deposit of $600, through paypal, on Oct 20th towards the purchase of a puppy.This was half the total cost.The breeder found out from her vet that the puppy had a heart issue and couldn't be sold.The breeder agreed to refund my deposit but still will not and now has the puppy for sale on her website and is accusing me of cashing the money order she supposedly sent me, which IS NOT the case. She will not give me the receipt number or proof that the money order was cashed.
