BBB spokesman Michael Galvin said his organization has received more than 100 complaints in the past week about official-looking solicitations from Corporate Records Service. The mailing quotes Florida statutes requiring corporations to keep annual meeting minutes, then say completing and returning an enclosed form and the fee by Oct. 12 will "satisfy the annual minutes requirement." KEEP REPORTING and get rid of these RIP OFF people =====

Corporate Records Service Business Fraud - Tries to solicit money and company information Tallahassee, Florida
*General Comment: Better Business Bureau
This company requests annual minutes and wants $125 filing fee. They give you the option of mailing payment or filling it out online. Contacted our laywer as well as the state of Florida. This is a fraud. We have reported them to the FBI, FTC and BBB. Do NOT send this company any money! They are not affliated with any state and even on the envelope it stated "This is not a Government Document".
