 My 90 year old mother received a renewal request for Readers Digest, current subscription does not run out ubtil Nov,2013. Mother was confused and sent them check for $36.00 and they cashed it. I tried to call regarding the renweal which is for small print. Mom needs large print. Plus she does not need a subscription past 2013, she's 90. I have been calling for almost 2 months now and no response from this company. Just want to cancel the magazine and get her $36.00 dollars back. This company has a F rating with the BBB.
