Used the BBB Online in an attempt to get Tracfone to get off their butts and take care of my service problem.

Tracfone kept giving a computer generated response. I disproved Tracfone's response from the start. BBB would not get involved at all.

In fact, BBB closed the case without my knowledge. I'll bet you next week's paycheck that they also closed it with a "favorable" category, too.

Well guess what! The problem was never resolved!

So when you see "A+" ratings of businesses by the BBB....don't buy into it! They are there for the businesses (revenue) and not for the consumer.
