Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
For the Last 3 months I have been harassed by the Cox stating that my cable bill is over due when in fact I they never even sent me a Bill for the Month of december and because of that my balance on my cable bills have gone up and when I have made payments they have failed to recognized that and send me letters that my service will be terminated

It seems like you are leaving quite a bit out of this.
The Statement you printed shows transactions from 9/16 to 1/21, yet you have no payment for October either. So what happened in October?
Also, when you didn't get one for December how come YOU didn't call to find out why? How come you didn't go on-line to view(and pay) your bill?
As to that the delinquent notice you received that was due in December shows you owe is $400.29, but the next payments shown only equal to $385.46 and they were made in January. Does this mean that they did disconnect your service?
So what is the rest of the story?

I used that bank statement to show the Payments ive made to the Cable company not to show an accounts balance that doesnt even belong to me
