I purchased an ebook from cram 101. The book promised to have study guides and problems worked out from my current classes textbook. This was not the case. The ebook cost me $32.95 and all it included was basic definitions of a few terms for each chapter. The terms it chose to define were not even the important components from my textbook. total rip off. when i tried to contact the website i could not find a telephone number and so I sent a message through the websites contact us option. I have not recieved a single response
