In December 2013, the lawyer Peter Block made the offer that he had access to Wells fargo bank where he and his partner AJ Lewis can get the bank to buy back 6 Wells Fargo Certificates of Deposit. These 6 instruments were sent to them in Dec 2013, and they have refused to honor the contract given to us 15 months later. We have called Wells Fargo in San Francisco where we were told that the 6CDs were handed over to the bank but the bank has no knowledge of this. According to the contract signed, the owner is suppose to get 34.5million in exchange for selling back the instruments to the issuing bank. These 2 con men have stolen the instruments and/or made off with our monies

Creative Concepts Financial Strategies is also called CCFS. The CCFS company letterhead has bogus address with no telefon number. That is very bad business! This man, Arthur J Lewis, aka AJ Lewis does not want people to call him and complain that he's ripping them off. I do not under stand why he has not been arrested yet for fraud, theft of the 6 CD's. I do not under stand why the United States Government and Wells Fargo bank take AJ Lewis word that the 6 CD's belong to him and not call the Canadian woman lawyer.
A law suit is coming down soon on Arthur J Lewis and Peter H. Block. If Wells Fargo bank is found to be negligemt along with those in United States government for helping AJ Lewis pull off the theft and fraud of the 21st century this will make a good movie, and AJ Lewis will be immortalized forever but the wrong way. We will be talking to the press soon, like American Greed, and want the Canadian woman lawyer to be interviewed for this story.

I have been in contact with the Canadian woman lawyer and the situation is worse than before. Arthur J Lewis (AJ Lewis as people call him) created a trust to house the 6 CD's belonging to Paul Alli. This Arthur J Lewis (AJ Lewis) has refuse to show the Canadian lawyer a copy of the trust because he has stolen deed and title of Paul Alli's 6 CD's. And AJ Lewis is also refusing to let her talk to the lawyer to created this trust. This is how AJ Lewis and Peter H. Block develop the case of stealing someone's else property, gaining deed and title to Paul's 6 CD's. If AJ Lewis is an honest man doing honest business and paying the rightful owner for Wells Fargo to buy back the 6 CD's then he would open up his business book for the Canadian lawyer. Instead Arthur J Lewis (AJ Lewis) want to work in the shadow of secrecy because he is a con man, fraudster and thief pulling off a heist of somebody else's property. This man should go to jail!!!!
