Well hell. I guess I must look like a bigger fool then everyone else because they want me to send $37.00.

I have been building my credit the last few years and have received many "credit" offers. Most are obvious super high rate rip-offs hoping to get their claws in my house but this one is sneakier.

NO HONEST CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL TELL YOU TO PAY FIRST AND THEN GIVE YOU DETAILS LATER.

I hope the F.B.I looks into this one.
