Credit Collection Services Or Wachovia Bank/ International Associaton Of Commercial Collectors, trying to rip me off regarding Farmers Insurance Exchange: RIPOFF! Newton Massachusetts

I received several letters from a company named Credit Collection Services claiming loss and damages in the amount of $2,324.08. It's claim is regarding Farmers Insurance Exchange.

I have called them to report that there was no incident and to provide evidence of such a claim. There is no police report or claim filed anywhere. My husband also told them there was no such incident or report of one, and they continue to send letters stating that their office has made every effort to resolve this matter.
