Creekview apartments must have a deal with a shady towing company, with a shack for a payment and impound lot, is towing any guests without cause and with no signage. The towing company is Allstar TDLR and it appears they are working together to profit from other's misery. Multiple vehicles were witnessed being towed in a short amount of time.
