Crescent Bank & Trust-Baton Rouge Branch Dishonest and Misleading Baton Rouge Louisianna

People need to get together about this company and close their doors for good. I am willing to bring suit against this particular co. now.

I was late on my payment for my car and had made arrangements to send Western Union and clarify. My husband had spoke with Asim Munir who was the manager of the account @ the time and told him we would make the payment the next time that we got paid. Long story short the weekend came and we didn't make it to Western Union until the following Monday. That's when our trouble began. Somewhere along the line they started proceedings for recovery of the vehicle without notifying us. Our payments weren't even 60 days late. All the while I was driving my car and the repo co. from a local city picked up my car and I had no idea. When I called re: getting my car back they wanted to slam me with all kinds of fees. Then the new adjuster assigned to our account said we knew who had the car and refused to tell us who was holding the car. (karen-adjuster).

I since then have sat down and figured how many months I had left to pay on my loan and realized there is missing money somewhere. I have had nothing but bs from these people and would love to sue every one of them in court. You know what they say though (BAD KARMA). They will get theres in the end.

If anyone out there has suggestions for lawyers and what type I would love to take action. I believe there is enough evidence to put these crooks behind bars.
