The Assist. General Counsel of the Florida dept. of Business Regulation, Pooja Patel, announced probable cause to believe Crum to be in violation of Ch. 489 and will file a case. This statement came feb. 4, 2011.

In a judgement issued march 2, 2011, Judge Martinez found against Crums Climate Contro and awarded $3778 to theplaintiff. Case #2010-SC-007340-0 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court, Orange County, FL.

Plaintiff, who was not represented by counsel, had alleged targeting of senior citizens, bait and switch, malfunctioning equipment and altering of documents.l
