Cruzan Engineering Returned heated glove for a warranty repair and never got them back. Bellingham Massachusetts

I ordered a pair of battery heated glove liners from Cruzan Engineering in Jan 2007. I received them promptly. It was posted on their web page that the liners have a lifetime warranty.
I used them about 4 times and they stopped working. In April 2007 I sent them back for repair/replacement. In May I emailed Christine DeSpain and inquired where they are. No reply.
During the summer months I just waited. Then in September I emailed Cruzan again, several times. Christine did not answer any of my 8 emails. I tried to call the 877 number on their web site but it never goes through.
