M. Teresa Daley is an attorney with a poor track record, she was on the cusp of bankruptcy and managed to be held in contempt by judge Ramos and she is emotionally unstable.
I have a friend of mine who retained her services a while ago, and had to do some serious damage control as she is unethical in my views and very mentally fragile, she always screams at her employees (usually one poor intern or a high school or undergrad young girl) and even curses her own clients at times. 
I recall a certain judge loosing his patience with her, in my views she is a danger to herself and her clients as she is not a very competent attorney I am surprised she did not get disbarred.
