 Trevelles international / Daniel jones/ HPL global/ fast items are a group of middle east UK developer that constantly operate in Taiwan / Malaysia in the sales of their property development through different agencies . This group of developer uses different name to mask their presence. They have failed to deliver their projects, most of their projects were not delivered leaving investor stranded. Daniel Jones project mislead buyer into high return with completed projects. Most of such projects although completed cannot generate the returns that is promise. Trevelles international projects failed to deliver a number of development like imperial studio , regency suite. The only project sunbridge hall that was fully sold and build by them cannot sustain the rental and investor cannot get the rental returns as promised . HPL global on the other hand have caused numerous investor stranded with their property purchase under the name of E&O residences . The development is still not constructed.
