I had a similar experience with DARIUS CORDELL, DARIUS CORDELL COUTURE INC.

First off the wedding dress with specific measurements, style etc. was not the dress I received.

I had three appointments with them, the first I had to cancel due to the flu and the second, the guy who scheduled my appointment quit so when I arrived no one was at their shop. The third was where I was measured by them for all the specifics etc. and the dress ordered. I was to go back to their shop when the dress arrived and was told they would have a local seamstress there if any alterations were needed. The dress was delivered via FEDEX COD to my last known address without my knowledge.

Because I was out of town and could not make arrangements with the local FEDEX office to get the dress forwarded, paid etc. They started threatening me with a lawsuit and he sent me an email stating-- "it was my own personal issues that was the problem and maybe I should look deeper into myselfand then own why I am truly disgruntled. I doubt very seriously it is because you simply did not like the dress."  I was appauled by this business' ethics.

Then he has the audacity to start sending me bills and charges for missed appointments; and excessive emails inquirying why my dress was not the correct one ordered. 

I received such nasty emails from Darius.  They threatened me with a lawsuit if I should slander them. Finally because of the entire dress nightmare I took the dress threw it in the trash since there was no way I was going to wear something that was already tarnished by his verbal abuse. 

I reported them to the BBB and funny I should have looked there first, they have numerous other complaints.  The only way to stop this erogant flamer is to take him to court.

Oh by the way, they don't make their dresses; they are designers, the dresses are made in China or somewhere overseas!!

My wife hired DARIUS CORDELL, DARIUS CORDELL COUTURE INC to make her wedding dress.  They did not send her the dress nor give her money back after many requests for the $1200.  It has been 6 months and my wife and I are fed up.  How a business like this continues to operate is beyond me. I am now constrcucting a class action lawsuit against Darius Cordell and Darius Cordell Couture.  If you too would like your money back please contact me to join the fight.
