David Jakobot - Owner of First American Oil Corporation Falsely Misrepresented himself and company in the presentation and selling of an operating Oil and Gas Lease Agreement lease entered into years ago. It was written into the lease that I was to have ability to inspect and observe oil operations outside of Breckenridge.
I asked for a full refund after I never received what was promised in the agreement.
I now know that I was intentionally "Ripped Off". If nothing else Investors and Buyers beware of this man and his associates that support his lies and untruths.

First of all I paid him back the money from the well, he was in a financial bind and needed the money for a divorce. So I paid him 8,000 back with a balance of 7000 which his friend got but since he died and could not give it back to him he is coming afterme. This is ******** and I will not stand for this and his name is not Thomas in Orlando, it;s Bryan Franc and he is a yacht broker in florida and his friend that owed him the money is Billy Pierson who passed away. So do not let you get fooled with this man. I was going to pay him back out of the goodness of my heart but after posting this how could I.
