I was scammed of $2200 from a person named David Keane/ Tim C. Ulmer for a car that seemed like a good deal ( I have always known the saying: ' if it's too good to be true its is" but I was blinded) I didn't do my research and now I don't know what to do.

I have all of the information printed it out and everything and I took very careful steps through this because I knew there was a possibility of a scam.
