David Lutes Scam Gestalt Consulting Group Scam SCAMMER TOOK MONEY Wentzville, MO Tampa Florida

The ascertion that I or my company (named in the report) was engaged in any consulting or business-creation or business advisory role in Tampa, FL is completely false. I can only assume it is a hoax perpetrated by someone grossly misinformed or having some malicious intent. I was a senior strategic talent management consultant with a company in Tampa, FL from March-July, 2013. The record shows that I assisted them with planning and developing their strategy for consulting services in support of their main business as a talent management implementation consultancy. A very positive reference from them about me, and my company, can be found on LinkedIn.com. I can provide many references from clients outside the US to demonstrate that I am a reputable training consultant with clients among some of the largest in their sector in the world - all will testify that I am an honest and respected training consultant.

 
I have at no time been referred to any potential client in FL, or any other state for that matter, by an employee of the client company for the purposes of helping someone start a new business in FL - or for any other type of business. I operate from my home in MO and work almost exclusively as a training consultant in other countries. My company (named in the report) has in fact operated as a legitimate and respected enterprise from Ukraine since 1992...I have been a partner with the company since 1998 and have run their office in Dubai for over 2 years.  I have no clients in the USA.
 
I have never contracted with any company in Tampa, FL other than the company mentioned in the report as the source of the personal referral.
 
I demand that the person filing this false report provide evidence to the contrary and issue an full and unconditional apology for this gross and false report about me and my company.
