David Mac Beavers - Vertex Airsoft Ripoff Person took product from Florida to Texas will not pay over $10,000. Also ripped conned at least one more company known. And 3 other individuals bad checks, etc. Houston Texas

 Just ask him why he stole over $10,000 of airsoft product from Bargain Crusader, Inc?  We still have all the paper work if you really need to see it. It is not slander it is fact, as he has not paid for the invoice and has been now over 3 years ago.  I am not sure but I believe theft/stealing is when someone takes something then does not pay?
 We are still in contact with some of the people he ripped off in Florida if you need.

I'm sure I know the other David Mac Beavers who worked with Vertex. Thank you for correcting me on such an obvious point.

Then it is not the same David Mac Beavers.

Mr. Beavers started Vertex Airsoft, however, for various reasons, he placed ownership in the name of a family member who decided money was more important and told David Beavers he was no longer a part of the business. Mr. Beavers removed only those Airsoft toys which he had purchased for himself and his family, nothing more. David Beavers is one of the more honest people I've had the pleasure in life to meet. If he gives you his word he will do something, he will do it. Even if it means he doesn't eat that night (or week) if there is money involved.

While I could make several comments regarding the character of the woman who took control of Vertex, I will not stoop to mudslinging. Further the the original complaint is so far off the truth it is almost funny. One major problem is Theresa is not the name of his wife, but another family member.

Vertex Airsoft states they were employer of David Mac Beavers not partner. They state David Mac Beavers commited embezzlement against their company also.
