It has been 2 years since David Potter decided to rip me off. i gave him $1500 as a down payment for a hot tub. i recently found him in the Dallas area where he has told me that the money is on the way. This guy is a crook and a liar.
I have contacted the place where he gets his spas from (Cal Spa) hopefully they can help with finding him.

1. I did take a deposit for 1500 dollars
2, huricanne came and destroyed business and home all gone
3. made payment arragements with everyone including this customer
4.made a payment arrangement in december to start paying bryan back a 100 a month paid jan payment late .late on feb and march customer recieved 200 dollars so far account balance 1300 expect ballon payment in full may'june.
5. customer has this agreement for past 3 months
6.crook and liar is a little harsh....A crook and liar would have file bankruptcy and disappeared.
7 so far I've given refunds of 18,000 dollars still have 12,000 left to give
8.Everyone will get full refunds
9.Finally I understand bryan's anger about refund I'd be angry to if he did it to me.
