not qualified to be a nurse - Royal Columbian Hospital, New West BC

Over the course of a few months, while visiting a patient, I have witnessed woman by the name of Dawm Milligan who is extremely degrading and demeaning towards patients whereby she called them names and humilated them in front of other patients not only verbally but during times in which she was providing personal care.
