An online purchase was made on 'dealonice.com' website of Nintendo wii consoles for purchase
They require only Wire Transfer or ACH for payment to Soya, LLC Acct. # 753622729 at JP Morgan Chase, N.A. located at 2155 West Big Beaver Road, Troy, Michigan 48084. Money was wired transfer into this account.
They emailed to confirmed that the wire transfer is successful and will email Tracking # for UPS. Product(s) were never shipped nor did they ever reply to my numerous emails inquiring for the tracking # or status of shipment. I called the number provided (800) 490-2188 a recording and leave numerous messages.

help bank won't do a letter of indemnity.
there is a miss communication with the local Chase Branch. They told me only my bank can file a claim on my behalf. What is the Fraud report form number that you filled out Stephanie from Mendham, New Jersey.
Diana seemed to know what I was talking about and stated that I need to claim a claim, also.

My bank did a recall and will call in three days to see if it was recalled or not. They will not do a letter of indeminity. They said to go to local police and file a report. Has anybody gotten their money recalled?
