I had no idea that there were so many complaints before I sent in my glasses to be repaired. Only if I knew!!! It took them 2 1/2 months to finally repair my glasses. They then sent me the wrong pair and kept mine as hostage till I send them back theirs. I spent $16 out of my pocket to ship them back the wrong pair and according to UPS, they've had it in their possession for several days. I have not been reimbursed nor have I received my glasses. At this point in time, I can't help to think that they are completely illegitimate!
