They signed us up for $9.95 a month, on a credit card we used to get security equipment. The equipment was faulty and we returned it. Afterward, they signed us up for "Medical Advantage". They cannot even tell us how we were signed up, whether by documentation, or by a phone call acceptance. Neither I nor my husband remember signing up for this coverage.
