Deer Creek Products ripoff - My mother (61yrs old) made an mail order (Money order of $ 67.70) for 4 products she never did recieve - this was back on Jan 10/2003. Pompano, Florida

My mother made a money order & ordered 4 products by catalog mail order. She has called them & they said the items were on back order & wanted to know if they should send the items on stock or wait til the back ordered items arrive & send them all at once.

My mother said to send them all at once. She never did recieve them so she also wrote them by mail enclosing a copy of the money order & the catalog #'s for the items- she never recieved the products or her money back. She & I have tried calling the phone numbers listed on the catalog 1800 477 8123- busy disconnected signal, & 954 978 0597- is also a busy signal every time we call.

We have no idea how to get ahold of them & how to get her money back
