Deer Creek Products ripoff Scumbags Steal Money From Bedridden Senior Citizen Never order anything from the Deer Creek slimeballs Warn your friends not to order anything from them either Pompano Beach Florida

In October 2002 my 81 year old father ordered two Buckwheat Pillows from Deer Creek Products. They promptly deposited his check on October 22, 2002. Since the pillows were never delivered, I called Deer Creek Products February 21, 2003 to find out what was going on.

I was told the pillows were out of stock and asked If I would like to continue waiting for them. I said "No, we'd like a refund." The person with whom I spoke told me it would take 3 - 6 weeks to get a refund check by mail.

When the refund had not arrived by May 28, 2003 I called again and was told by "Doug" that he would put a note on his supervisor's desk and the matter would be investigated. However, despite my asking "Doug" twice how long this investigation would take he insisted he couldn't give me a timetable for the so-called investigation they were supposedly going to do. Naturally my father has not yet received his refund nor have we ever heard one word from Deer Creek.

I believe the reason "Doug" wouldn't give me a timetable is because Deer Creek has no intentions of returning the money they stole from my father. This became apparent to me when "Doug" calculated the refund and didn't include any shipping cost in the amount because he ordered a third item.

However, Deer Creek's shipping schedule indicates costs are incremental based on the size of the order. Therefore the Deer Creek crooks stole a minimum of $23.00 from my bedridden father.

My advice to anyone reading this report is to never order anything from the Deer Creek slimeballs and warn your friends not to order anything from them either.
