This company is run by a very dishonest man by the name of sam kostic. He has dispatchers run you illegally doesn't pay you correctly and keeps your escrow if you quit or if they fire you. Also did worst to another driver who quit they lied on her csa report. We are both taking them to court and have filed complaints with dot in washington dc and with Illinois dot

If some one has to say that Delta Freight Systems is doing wrong or ilegal, please send all supporting documents which can prove it, other way any word or comment is sufficient. Delta Freight Systems to keep itself in category of excellent in CSA , must terminate drivers with violations on the road, suspended license, critical PSP and MVR. It is main reason why drivers write reports like this.
