I bought a bottle of Dermapril-SP, a condition of which was that I enroll in an auto-ship program. 30 days after I bought the first bottle, I received a 2nd bottle. I was not satisfied with the product, so I contacted the company about return the 2nd un-opened, un-used bottle, but was advised, "all sales are final and 100% non-refundable."
