Direct Gardening.com Four rose bushes were dead appearing upon arrival; I planted them anyway and 6 weeks later, their has been no life showing. Black limbs and no leaves. Upon being advised, company said I had to send the original packing paper and label, although I had given my order number, date, price paid and credit card purchase information. Bloomington Illinois

Bushes arrived in dead looking condition and have failed to thrive for the  6 weeks since planted upon arrival. All bushes are black, with no green leaves or anywhere on plant. Scraped bark reveals totally dead plants.

Company refuses to honor warranty unless I provide original packing material from 6 weeks ago and label, although I have supplied all the pertinent data regarding the purchase.

I wish I had read customer reviews before honoring this rip off company with my business!
