This company misinformed us about ordering these toner cartridges and when we advise them that we where returning the toner cartridges and to not ship us any more they took back 16 toner cartridges and never issued credit and they keep mailing invoices. You can't communicate with anyone at the company...they never answer the phone. This is a scam operation.
