Unathourized payment of $98.35 was taken out of my account. I called them and was transferred to 3 different people and on phone for almost an hour and was told money was non refundable because it was the exact amount of bill. I asked for a supervisor and she said the same thing. i asked for a number to call someone over her and she said they are at different call centers and i would just reach someone that could tell me the same thing.
