Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Returned item new sellable condition and they kept $10 and told me to shop somewhere else because I raised a stink. I wanted to exchange the item. They refused to give a phone number so I could speak with someone. Ripoff company do not buy from them.

I am not sorry for filing this report and they never made things right. Even the owner is a liar to file a rebuke to my original report years after the ripoff occurred. Not sure what the owner of this company is trying to prove. Their generator ruined so much my quipment in the amount that greatly exceeded the check that they wrote to me. If this owner really want to make things right he should finish paying for my equipment that was damaged beyond repair. This owner only paid $1600 dollars to resolve the issue that costed me over $5000 in repairs and then they did fire me upon deliver of the $1600. If the owner wants to make it right he should write me a check for the remaining amount of $3400 that it cost me in the first place. So to be clear the owner is a liar and I am not sorry for filing this report.
