I ordered Norton 360 for my computer. My subsription had run out. All online, not talking to a live person. Gave credit card info., and recieved confrimation that order had been shipped via e-mail. It was a download. Well, never got it, and it has been a month. Called two numbers on site, neither worked. Tried e-mail addresses on site. Don't work.
