This website advertised 20% off all handbags. When I received my handbags I was unhappy with them and tried to call them. Then I emailed them at info@discountluxs.com .They did not response, until I e-mailed them again and threatened to report them, pointing out that it is illegal to consistently advertise items on sale when they are in fact never off sale. They responded saying that they would refund 50% of the amount to my bank after 5 days. I have not received my refund. AFter contacting them again they promised my refund in 96 hours, but I still have not received it.

Do not buy from them! Bad customer service. Ripoff
