Well duh Elesa,
I don't think they have xray vision. If they took a tree out it was probably growing on top of the phone and sprinkler lines. It's not their job to replace the phone and sprinklers lines. I have had them work for me for years and have always found them to be quick, responsive, Extremely clean and very reasonable. Grow up and live in the real world and stop being such a princess. Duh
