Hired to trim back 25yr old oak trees in front yard. Trimmer was told by village code enforcement to stop, he was cutting tree limbs too far back. Argued with code enforcement (neighbor was outside to verify) Left and returned a few hours later to finish job.
Now, we are in code violation and are instructed to remove the trees from the front yard due to tree harm. This is going to cost us a lot of money, but most important the loss of our trees! Tree trimmer Never should have returned. We should have been contacted by them to make a decision. He knows the codes and per enforcement has been told before. D.M. Young is not returning our calls.

Hired by customer to trim his trees for the past ten years. Trimmed his trees the way he asked us to every time leaving customer always happy! Trimmed them this time the way he asked us to. We did not leave job and come back a few hours later. We stayed on the job entire time from start to finish which neighbor can verify.
Office answered the phone when customer called to inform us about violation. Mr. Young returned his call within a couple hours. Mr. Young went to his residence to speak to him in person about the matter. Mr. Young and his son Travis have even had a meeting with the village code enforcement and are working on the situation at this present time.
Mr. Young called customer and left message (he did not answer the phone) to let him know we have meet with the village and are working on the situation. He also told him, on message, he will continue to work on this until it is corrected and will keep him up dated by phone or in person.
Mean while the trees are healthy and growing back very vibrant. He should not be forced to remove these beautiful mature trees. Instead have them trimmed once a year and not once every three or four years. We are working with the village to that end.
